Yeah, I know what you're thinking....another formula, Baz?

Of course, another formula...I love them! 🤣

Let me explain.

• NEP = No End Path
• CG = Core Genius
• DNG = Deep Need Gap

When you combine these elements in the right way, you can get paid to exist.

This isn’t about finding the "One True Thing that you were meant to do."

That doesn't exist.

It’s a process of uncovering what's already inside you; like an archeologist using a brush to sweep away tiny bits of unneeded soil to reveal the treasure underneath, it's about uncovering what your DNA wires you to do better than anyone else.

When you can focus on that, you remove a lot of noise.

YOUR NO END PATH

Your no end path grows from your authority topics (ATs). ATs are those topics you're deeply interested in, are known to talk about a lot, and where you could be happy pursuing work for the next decade.

YOUR CORE GENIUS (The Big Easy)

Your core genius comes from whatever comes easiest for you.

Your core genius is:

• What people tell you you’re amazing at doing
• What people always asking you for advice about or help with
• What you feel naturally good at doing

Sometimes it’s hard to accept what’s easy. We’re told we need to work hard, overcome odds, fight our weaknesses.

But those that have achieved greatness have always leaned in to what was easiest for them.

THE DEEP NEED GAP

This has do with aligning your passion with service to others, and it's essential if you want a successful business.

• So, how does your passion relate to something that other people want or need?
• How can your interests be a medicine to others?

When our NEP, CG, and the DNG are known, we can then establishing authority

Authority and proof is the gateway to trust.

1. Creating a vision for your followers is the first step
2. The next is to show them the transformation you’ve made in others
3. If you don’t have that yet, you can use your story as a way to build authority

You can package your existing knowledge or experience in a way others can draw value from your experience.

• You teach people how to do what you’ve accomplished
• You can create an advice product or service to help people achieve a specific outcome
  • If you're a badass knitter, you can teach others how to knit
  • If you’re great at investing you can teach people how to create more wealth
  • If you’re a tech whiz, you can give other people coaching on leveraging technology
  • If you have an awesome relationship, you can teach people how they can create one too

Back to our friend Jonathan.

He decided to identify his NEP, CG, and look deeply at the DNG.

In doing so, he started writing online about it. In the beginning, he wrote posts about what he was doing in this early stage, and he found others who wanted to follow his journey.

Over a few months, he started developing enough confidence that he offered a Done-For-You service that helped others behind him on this same path of self discovery.

Before he knew it, he had clients and others asking for help; he put together a course and charged $500 (this is several years ago)....
